If you have been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis or other autoimmune conditions, feeling stuck and overwhelmed is very common. I have been there. The key is to take action and focus on what makes you feel good. I am here to help.

How It Works

It is simpler than it seems. Consistancy is key. Together we will do the following:

Develop Healthy Habits

Healthy habits keep us motivated and feeling good. I will help identify the best lifestyle changes to put you on the path to wellness. Depending on the route you take, the key elements may include meditation, breathwork, and intention setting; as well as exercise, proper sleep practice, balanced nutrition and having fun!


Integrate Unresolved Emotions

It is believed that unresolved emotional stress is the cause of chronic pain and disease. Learning to face uncomfortable feelings is an empowering skill which takes practice, but once we understand its value, there is no turning back. I will support you in identifying unconscious emotional stress, and help guide you to the integration of these uncomfortable feelings.

Everyone’s got their crux.

If AS or another autoimmune condition came to you like it did for me, your crux is obvious. For me, the condition was extremely painful; a steady ache for years upon years. I felt victimized by the unexplainable; I didn't know when it would come on strong or why. I was scared, confused, beaten down again and again. I was depressed, stifled, and I felt completely lost. Once I committed to "healing" I became obsessed with finding the "thing" that would heal me. I was overwhelmed by endless methods, remedies, diets, and doctors. It was when I finally learned to appreciate my life; how to address unresolved emotional stress; and be consistent with habits that supported me in feeling good, that real peace occurred. I feel so much better now and I feel ready to share what I have learned.

Now I know AS was a gift because it taught me to appreciate life and get on track with life's purpose. It set me on a course to be present. My name is Michael Eisner and I would like to share with you what I have learned about AS, chronic pain, and autoimmune conditions.

Every person’s journey is different. Not everyone begins feeling better at the same pace. Acceptance is key. We will feel better when it is time. It is very helpful to be able to let go of the outcome and begin to accept where we are. When you work with me, I will present you with what worked for me and many others. I will guide you in a gentle, natural, and healthy way to help you appreciate life, but ultimately, it will be you that makes this happen. The journey is yours to take.
